Our Program

We'll start with a retreat. Then, you’ll plug into Yo's committees, meet with mentors, and join workshops that push your thinking and sharpen your impact.

Program Components

Committees

This is how you get involved with Yo. Our committees are where the planning and execution happen. As part of this program, you'll join a core committee and play a role in shaping what we do:

Yo! Marketing

You'll share stories, check out events, and help others explore what our community has to offer.

Yo!Koso

Create fresh, unique events that bring young adults together and help them build genuine connections.

Yo! Camp

Help plan and run the absolute best week of the year for the next generation at our week-long overnight summer camp.

Retreats

Retreats won’t always be local. To deepen connections and expand perspectives, we host gatherings in different locations—including out-of-state. Each one is designed to immerse you in the larger Yo! network and community.

Mentorship

You’ll be paired with a mentor who will help you explore your interests and find ways to get more involved within Yo!. Meetings will be coordinated between mentee and mentor to ensure they fit within your schedules.

Peer-to-Peer

The program will coordinate peer-to-peer meetups to facilitate our cohort building relationships with each other.
