General Criteria

Participants must be between 20 and 29 years old.
The cohort will be limited to 12 people.
There are no regional requirements—you can join from anywhere, as long as you can commit to the full program.
You don’t need to be Japanese American to join. While the program centers on the Japanese American community, all are welcome.
